- Incoming material inspections
- First article and in process inspectionsand general improvements
that may occur
- QC departments which maintain a constant vigil on every
production operation
- A great emphasis is placed on monitoring heat treating,
deburring, grinding and race finishing. These operations
are essential to maintaining a consistent finished product
- Gage correlation with all departments
- Each quality assurance department has the latest test
and measurement equipment
- Roundness concentricity is measured
- All bearing are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship
and materials for twelve months from the invoice date. Any
bearing found to be defective within one year from date
of purchase can be returned under the following conditions:
Dimensional Control
Pacific International Bearing states that all bearings are
to be manufactured to meet the American Bearing Manufacturers
Association (AFBMA) standards and the associated ball bearing
technical committee, the Annular Bearing Engineers Committee
(ABEC).
